Do not purchase or hook up your equipment until you have read and agreed to the Ordering Terms and Declaration of Intent Below.
All Satellite Receivers that we sell are covered by a Manufacturers Warranty. All Warranty Problems Are Handled By The Manufacturer. Customers can call WorldWideFTA.com for instructions on how to send defective receivers back to the manufacturers. All receivers are tested prior to shipping and are in working condition.
Any Non-Manufacturer/Factory Software Installed onto a Receiver Voids All Warranties and WorldWideFTA.com Can Not Accept Returns As Units Are Deemed Unreturnable/Unsellable Due To Legal Reasons.
If a receiver is not working properly, call the manufacturer for an RMA authorization code before sending the receiver back to the manufacturer. Manufacturer contact information is located on the Warranty page. WorldWideFTA.com does not accept malfunctioning receviers per Manufacturers instructions.
If Approved, Exchanges are $47 USD paid only by Bank Check/Cashiers Check or Money Order - Checks are made payable to "WorldWideFTA"
WorldWideFTA.com Does NOT Accept Returns due to Software Problems. These receivers will NOT receive premium channels in factory settings. Factory Software will not receive Premium channels.
If WorldWideFTA.com approves a return, Customers Pays All Shipping Costs For Items Being Sent to Our Company. All Items originally sent need to be returned. If not, Customer will be charged accordingly per item. All Returns Are Subject To A 15% Restocking Fee. All Refunds are based on original price minus shipping expense. WorldWideFTA.com also Reserves the Right to Charge Shipping on Items Being Returned to The Recipient.
All "Change of Mind" Order Cancellations Are Subject to a 5% Fee Of Total Order Plus a $5 Flat Fee Per Order. Orders Over 24 Hours Old Will Be Charged a 15% fee.
